You are invited to truly understand, deep in your heart, that your life has deep meaning and purpose, that you are deeply connected with all that was, is and ever will be.  You are one with our precious Mother Earth and the animals who walk upon her and also with so much more, with gentle spirits who fill the very air you breathe, with angels, with wise masters, with the tender and supportive love of God.

You have within you all the gifts you require to open to this wonder, to make it yours, to read the signs and symbols that have been laid out for you.  And all you may need is a little nudge to awaken all of this within you.  And that is exactly what we are providing you in this ten-week series, your Soul Adventure.

When Valerie and I first began this series, we called it an adventure, because we had no idea what would happen.  But what happened surpassed any expectation we might have had.  And although we accessed deep insights and saw life in new ways, this is not merely a learning experience.  This is an active, involved, intense adventure of energy, a mystical experience of your very own. 

There are ten meditative visualizations, beginning at about one hour each and finally culminating in a two-hour extravaganza of wonder.  Each week is a guided meditation into Spirit, where you will meet some amazing characters, such as the Ancient One, a sperm whale as old as the earth, who lives at the bottom of the ocean.  You will also meet the Man from Ur, who inspired our movie, “The Man from Ur,” as well as his soulmate and child. 

You will be led by snakes and panthers, take a ride on an eagle to see the earth in her wonder, travel deep on the back of a dolphin to visit the Ancient One as well as an amazing wise man who dwells with him, and ride upon your own dragon into the magical Land of Om.  You will get to know Mother Earth intimately, feel her heart as it beats and know her own great soul.  You will see the violet planet that hangs in the sky over the Land of Ur and feel the deep love and trust that the animal kingdom extends toward us, believing deeply that we will learn how to guard and protect our precious earth.

You will travel the galaxy as well as the earth.  You will open your heart wide and awaken your inner sight.  You will awaken to the soul that lies within you, full of joy and love, ready to fill your heart with gladness simply to be alive.

A Description of Each Adventure follows: 

Adventure #1:  We enter the cave where I have gone many times before, sometimes for power animal retrievals, sometimes for past life adventures and sometimes just to gaze deep into a pool of water for answers.  We jump in the water and swim through a crevice to a new land.  We ride dolphins down to meet The Ancient One, a sperm whale as old as the earth, who sends out concentric circles of vibrating energy.  He shares his energy and ancient wisdom with us.  Then we rise up to the land, greeted by many wonderful animals.  We learn a new and important perspective on patience from the Panther.  Download Adventure #1

Adventure #2:  This is such a special Adventure, for this is our first experience with the Man from Ur, the adventure that inspired the movie, “The Man from Ur.”  We tell the story of how he appeared to Valerie and then to me shortly before this adventure began.  We also meet a beautiful snake who teaches us how to transform fear into love.  We go to the very special place behind the waterfall and became one with all who have been there before us.  We sit in a circle of love and energy and are joined by many masters.  Download Adventure #2

Adventure #3:  We again visit The Ancient One, who teaches us about the fluidity of time and lets us see that each moment, each lifetime, is but a drop of water in the vast sea.  He then shows us how to expand into the bright stars that we are and to bring that light back with us to this earthly life.  We visit the Land of Ur and see our expanded universe in a single sparkling grain of sand, reflected deeply over and over into infinity.  Then Valerie changes her form into a beautiful Bengal tiger with big, soft paws!   Download Adventure #3

 Adventure #4:  On this adventure, we pass through the flowing concentric circles of The Ancient One briefly, but then go straight for land.  My dolphin tosses me out of the water directly onto the back of an elephant that we then all ride on our journey.  While we ride, we experience the energy of a beautiful violet & indigo planet that wishes us to know that we are truly recognized and acknowledged for our wonder and uniqueness.  We experience the flow of unending love that we are. 

The elephant takes us to a ledge overlooking a vast valley containing everything, all the possibilities of our life that we are here to experience.  Then an eagle takes us soaring down into this valley of life, teeming with beauty and wonder—and lots of animals, of course, living in perfect unity, love and peace.  We experience what it is like to go from spirit to form, and the wonder of our physical bodies.  

Suddenly we see an Indian man in a brocade jacket, holding a golden box with precious gems.  We open it to see a tiny mustard seed with an intense golden ray of light.  And then we see that there are thousands, millions, of such men, each with a box to be handed to each who chooses to take form in this physical life.    Download Adventure #4

Adventure #5:  The Eagle greets us in the cave with a flower in his mouth.  This is a sign of things to come, for we feel the energy of flowers as we enter the Land of Ur and my dolphin tosses me out into a bed of flowers.  We then experience the incredibly strong creative power of the earth surging through all living things.  We see that each living thing has a specific signal that runs through the earth energy, telling each flower when to bloom, each seed when to sprout, telling each hummingbird when a red flower is on its way. 

We have the great privilege of meeting the Woman from Ur.  She lives in a state of complete receptiveness, blending with each leaf she brushes against.  She teaches us how to truly be one with all creation.  We experience what it is like to wake up each morning in the blissful state of being in love, in love with life.   Download Adventure #5

Adventure #6:  As we enter the cave, we can tell right away that the energy is very different.  Everyone is excited and holding back a secret--shh, shh, don't tell!  Then we discover it is a surprise party for Carrie and Valerie, who both have birthdays in June (yes, we’re both Gemini’s).  Stars become fireworks to write Happy Birthday across the sky.  Then it turns into a birthday party for all of us, as we learn all about how we came to this earth, how we are meant to live while we are here and how we will leave it when this life experience is over.   We are each given a birthday present, the earth wrapped in a beautiful ribbon.  And when the dolphins come to get us to take us back to the cave, Valerie's dolphin is wearing a birthday hat!  Download Adventure #6

Adventure #7:  When we enter the cave, we see a little baby unicorn peeking around a corner.  She has energy shooting off her horn and we understand that it is her mother's job to teach her how to know and own her power, yet use it with responsibility, integrity and with honor toward others.  This turns out to be a theme for the adventure, as we learn from a wise old man visiting The Ancient One all about the energy of humankind and what we need to do to bring it—and the earth—back into balance.  At the end we join in a sacred circle and learn about the true role of the shaman:  to hold the energy of the community in balance and in love.  Download Adventure #7

Adventure #8:  We begin on the path outside the cave, as usual, but rather than entering the cave and jumping in the water, the Land of Ur comes to us.  We begin with a gradual fade-in of an elephant and gradually the land appears around us.  We are then taken by eagles on a flight to experience the earth fully.  We see and feel the earth in her fullness and completeness, still full of gold, diamonds and oil.  We watch her create an island from a volcano.  We join with her and feel the thundering herds of caribou, the tidal waves, the exuberance and fertility of her being.  And we understand that she is truly our mother, that we are a joining of spirit and earth—and that we will return to these two states when our time in this physical form is over.   Download Adventure #8 

Adventure #9:  When we walk into the cave, we find a circle of people, drumming and chanting around a colorful fire.  We step into the fire and are transported to a land of magic, which we later come to know as the Land of Om.  There are all sorts of magical creatures, including dragons, faeries, centaurs and unicorns.  There is a large book in the sky on which activities on the earth are written.  When a symbol is written, it opens a portal through which magical creatures can choose to enter and influence life on earth.  We go on a magical expedition to earth and come to a very deep understanding of how things work, about the flow and why it sometimes appears to end, about the dreams of humankind and their connection to serendipity and about the influence meditation has upon all of this.

This is an amazingly deep and insightful adventure, which will leave you astounded—and wanting to listen to it again and again.  Download Adventure #9

Adventure #10:  We find ourselves standing on a cliff looking out at an ocean, watching whales play.  We then see Spirit forming in a mist over the ocean.  Various forms, such as Jesus and Archangel Michael, take shape and then meld.  So much wonder happens, it is difficult to convey it in a few words! 

We travel down into the ocean to meet The Ancient One and we look at the world of humankind through the eyes of the ancient man.  We look at our own bodies, at our suspended atoms, and see how the space between the atoms can be filled by the Spirit we saw over the ocean. 

And at the end, we all line up on the edge of the cliff.  We hold hands and we jump out, right into the pure, intense mist of Spirit.
