Welcome to Power Animals Unleashed

These power animals are a gift to you, to empower you toward ever-increasing prosperity and fulfillment, helping you to express and embody all that you truly are.

You do not need to have any particular belief in order to benefit from this site. Just relax, open your mind and heart, and let the power animals do the rest.

As Shakespeare's Hamlet said:

"There are more things in heaven and earth

than are dreamt of in your philosophy"

The shamans of older societies went to the spirit world to retrieve power animals. The power animals would lend their vibrant health and strength in exchange for once again walking the earth. As a shaman myself for a number of years, I practiced a variation of this in my spiritual healing practice and found it quite effective.

The power animals on this site, however, are the power animals of today, the Power Animals Unleashed. As I developed this site, I gradually become aware of a large and growing energy force available to us. Even as I write this, I can feel it rising around me, filling me with a drive toward action, but built on a foundation of peace and joy within. It is as if the peace and connection I have reached through years of meditation are now combining with an external energy force, a force of light and love, but driven toward change and action.

And power animals are the metaphors, the symbols, which will unleash this great power to us in our everyday 21^st century lives.

First, turn on your speakers. You will not only hear the running stream and the birds in the forest, but a little song I have written for each animal. And as you will hear, the power animals even sing along. If you want to hear a song again, just refresh the page. (My apologies to Apple users--the sound does not yet work on your computers. We're working on it!)

When you are ready to get a Power Animal, use the navigation bar at the top of the screen to go to the “Enchanted Forest.”

This takes you first to a stream. Pause here by this stream to become clear about your intention for the animal (more on this in “When to Use This Site,” below). Then click on the stream or the button at the bottom of the page and you will be taken into the Enchanted Forest.

Once in the forest, just relax, breathe and let your intuition take over as you run your cursor gently across the screen. Pay attention to how you feel. When it feels right and you believe your power animal is approaching, just click the mouse.

You will then be presented with the animal your intuition selected for you. Take a deep breath and invite the power animal energy to fill you. Read the description carefully, for it tells you of the gifts that this animal brings to you. Even if you are surprised by the animal you selected, you will find truth in the choice that you made with your intuitive senses.

Click on the power animal picture or the button at the bottom of the page and you will be taken to a page from which you may purchase products that were made specifically to transfer the powers of the animal to you. You may also reach these products by navigating to “Products” at the top of the screen.

I invite you to use this site at whatever level you prefer. The power animals are metaphors for very real energies that you will be unleashing in your

life and you should move at a pace which is comfortable for you.

As you move through the levels of power unleashed, you will go from expanding your intuitive senses and getting guidance in everyday decisions into the full power of manifestation in very real and physical ways. This energy will lead you to health, wealth and loving relationships, all within the context of a life of integrity and spirit. How far you allow it to take you is up to you.

Here are some of the many ways you may choose to use this site. And please, feel free to make up your own as well.

Every morning, go into the Enchanted Forest and select a power animal for the day. As you read the description, be aware of what this animal is telling you of the challenges you can expect during the day. Then know that the energy you require to meet these challenges will be within you, ready and accessible to you when you need it.

Before a meeting or challenging discussion, before an interview or sales call, before a date or special event, go into the Enchanted Forest to select a power animal with the right energy for the event. Let the energy fill you and empower you.

Imagine how different it will be to walk into that job interview as a lion, full of confidence and courage; or into that sales call as a cougar, guaranteed of success before you have even begun; or on that date as a tiger, full of self-love, secure in your beauty, relating from a place of deep self-respect.

You may also use the animals to answer particular questions or make decisions. If you have a conflict or a difficult decision to make, select an animal for one side and then another animal for the other side. Then use your intuition to guide you to understand what the two animals are telling you.

For example, if your grown child asks to borrow money for a business venture, money you cannot easily risk losing, let the power animals help you with this decision. Go into the Enchanted Forest twice, once for an animal that represents your child and once for an animal that represents you.

If your child gets a Camel (self-sufficiency) and you get a Leopard (positioning for your own advantage), the power animals are advising you that your child will benefit from independence and self-sufficiency and that you should not jeopardize your own finances.

On the other hand, if your child gets a Cougar (focus and success) and you get a lioness (abundance and community), the power animals are advising you that this business venture is likely to succeed and that you should provide what help you can.

The decision is entirely yours, of course, but the power animals can help you reach the inner truth your intuition holds.

You may also want to select an animal to guide a particular relationship, perhaps with your boss, co-worker, spouse, child or a friend. Pause by the stream and make your intention clear, then go into the Enchanted Forest and choose an animal to guide you in the relationship. The animal your intuition selects for you will give you new insights into the relationship, and if you fill yourself with that particular energy whenever you are with that person, you will find yourself lifted out of your old emotional responses into new places of power and connection.

Perhaps you will select a thick-skinned rhinoceros to help you better tolerate your boss’ irritating manner. Perhaps you will connect with a horse, to help you balance your deep affection for your family with your need for freedom.

When you have a relationship power animal, I recommend you purchase the Power Animal Energy Stone to enable you to quickly center yourself in that energy. Just take a deep breath, hold the stone and pull in the energy before you encounter the person.

If this is a particularly challenging relationship, or if you are going through a difficult period, then also use the Power Animal Invocation each morning to strengthen yourself and your bond to the animal powers.

If you have a very challenging project to complete or enterprise to launch, you will want to select a special power animal for it. If this is a long-term venture, I again recommend that you purchase the Power Animal Energy Stone and that you use the Power Animal Invocation each morning.

Perhaps you will partner with a tortoise, who will help you to understand the power of letting time work for you, step by step, never quitting on your path to success. Or perhaps the cougar will be yours, helping you to leap to success quickly and decisively.

If you find yourself drawn to one animal as a very special relationship, feel free to expand upon that relationship, for this period of your life or for a lifetime. Listen to that Power Animal’s Invocation each morning while you hold the Power Animal Energy Stone, to bring yourself into a peaceful centering and to enhance your life with the gifts brought to you. Put the Energy Stone in a prominent place. Do everything you can to strengthen this special relationship.

As you invite the power animals into your life on a daily basis, you can expect several things to happen. Your relationships will improve, moving out of uncontrolled emotional response into peaceful connection. Your decisions will be clearer and wiser, based on an enhanced intuitive connection. And as you continue, you may become increasingly aware of a force, almost a tangible presence, that is beginning to fill and empower your life, the force of the power animals unleashed.

As you enter this new level of power, you will find yourself in circumstances that once challenged you, yet you are suddenly filled with strength, confidence and joy. You will find yourself deeply in touch with your own personal truth and full of the courage you need to act upon it. You will find yourself able to sustain the patience and effort required for the fulfillment of your deepest desires. You will also find that difficult people will suddenly appear transparent, their fears and desires clearly written upon them.

At this higher level of power, your life will be full of coincidence and serendipity, as the universe opens its doors to you and invites you out to play. You may suddenly find yourself wanting to study areas that were previously difficult or mysterious to you, such as investments and finance. You will be drawn to learn what you need to know in preparation for the unveiling of the manifestation of your desires.

And at this time, you will need to use power animal energy to hold doubt away from you, to allow yourself to walk boldly into the new life unfolding before you. The manifestation of desire is not magic; it is the opening of the golden door to the light, but you must still fill yourself with courage and walk through.

Work with your primary power animal closely. Hold the Power Animal Energy Stone when you listen to the Power Animal Invocation. It will keep you filled with the courage to continue on your path of manifestation and success, reversing the pull of the old ways of your life.

or over 30 years—to the same person! My husband Ed and I live in Southern California with a houseful of cats.

We had one cat, Oscar, and then a little stray, Sara, joined us. After a while, Ed commented that she seemed to be getting fat. Yes, you can guess the rest. Here she is with her little treasures when they were only three weeks old (they are over two years old now). She had five of them and we just couldn't bear to part with any of them--so now we have seven (7!) cats, which makes for a pretty lively household.
